Hi my name is Renee, thank you for visiting our Yorkie website. Our mission here is to bring some Yorkie LOVE into your heart & Home. Our puppies are raised inside our home with myself, and two of the most amazing children!! Your puppy will come to you very well socialized. We strive to breed our Yorkshire Terriers to breed standard to create yorkies of the highest quality.  

We have only a small family of yorkies to ensure you are getting a healthy, happy puppy. Yorkies are from lines carefully chosen not only for their great health but also for their wonderful temperment.

All yorkie pups go home on a Spay/Neuter agreement, limited registration. You can visit available pups HERE

We are looking for permanent and stable loving homes for our puppies. If for any reason you think you may "NOT" be able to provide this for a puppy, please do not submit an application. We do not want our yorkies being bounced from home to home. We want your home to be the last home they will ever need!    

If you would like to submit an application for a yorkie puppy please email Renee at SimplyExquisiteYorkies@gmail.com I will send you the application for you to fill out and return.  After careful review of your application we can then take another step forward and make sure one of our yorkie babies is a perfect fit for you and your family. A Purchase Contract and Health Guarentee will then be sent to you for your review.     

We keep our little ones until the age of 10-16 weeks. Depending on when I feel they are ready to go to their new homes. Some puppies under 2 lbs will stay a little longer. During this time mom does a wonderful job teaching her pups the skills they need need to be the companion you expect and deserve. We DO NOT intentionaly breed for tiny yorkies.

Each of our puppies are vet checked and have had 1st and 2nd (maybe) set of shots before they go to their forever homes! A starter kit will also be given to help you prepare for your new puppy.
The majority of pet store puppies come from puppy mills. Puppy mills are nothing more than inhumane breeding factories. If you ever see a Yorkie in pet store, please don't buy. Not only will you be perpetuating the abomination of puppy mills and condemning its parents to a life of untold misery, but that puppy in the window may cause you untold heartache and expense.

In summary, don't ever, ever buy a puppy from a pet store. Instead, please do your research and find a responsible breeder who takes care of their pups and parents.
